Merry Christmas everyone! and a huge thanks to everyone who has helped and supported our website in 2009. Greg Hart’s artworks were more popular than ever in 2009, and his original artworks have trebled in value throughout the year. The ‘Legends’ series which went on exhibition was a huge success, and the two ‘Phil Lynott’ exhibitions which featured Gregs work in Ireland, and on national TV, has bolstered his value even more. Many originals sold for over four figures, proving that his work is becoming a wise investment.
We also saw the release of the first calendar for 2010 (stil a few left!) a host of framed artworks, including his stunning ‘KISS series. 12 months of solid commission work which somehow was fitted in! Four live exhibitions featuring guest celebrity signers Veli Tshabalala, Caroline Munro. Approval of a new ‘Legend’ artwork by Zak Wylde from Ozzy Osbournes band, a stunning commission for Iron Maidens ‘Lauren Harris’, and a wonderful weekend with Philomena Lynott.
A truly superb year!
In 2010 we will be announcing some really exciting news, which will involve collaborations with some major TV & film celebrities. Also there will be more new ‘Legends’ artworks. Yes, it could well be a bumper year despite all the gloom and doom out there-
Greg says “Art always has and always will act as a kind of release, and escapism to the beholder, and in any case it makes better viewing than the rubbish on TV right now!”
HAPPY XMAS!!!

The Birmingham NEC ‘memorabilia’ weekend November 21-23 was a huge success, thanks to the wonderful Caroline Munro. Star of TV and films, special guest Caroline, signed autographs all weekend at the ’Hartworks’ stall. Known for her roles in James Bond, Hammer Horror, Sinbad, and many television adverts this really was a dream job for artist Greg Hart, who commented that Caroline was always his first real crush as an 11 year old! (and she still is too - Greg!)
“Your artworks are just wonderful, capturing me perfectly” Caroline purred!
Main attraction were not one but two original artworks featuring Caroline, both of which are now available as limited edition prints in several sizes. Both original canvasses sold to private collectors, and were a HUGE hit with fans of both Caroline and Greg Hart, who painted both the pieces. The ‘Dracula AD’ canvas was extremely sought after, and as featured here, Caroline signed both the artworks to the lucky owners! A third commission is already confirmed for Spring 2010, along with hopefully a host of more celebrities who saw Gregs work at the weekend.
2010 is going to be the busiest year ever!

June 30 2009
As a tribute to the late Michael Jackson, who’s death shook the world last week, Greg Hart has decided to clear the decks and paint his own tribute to the ‘king of pop’.
“Growing up with the Jackson 5 still holds many fond memories. Whatever people say about Jacko, he is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars the world has ever seen, or likely to see. A talent simply beyond all other ‘entertainers’..” Greg says.
The canvas will be available for one lucky buyer when it is released, and the limited edition prints which are to be mounted, signed and numbered will be on sale shortly after the completion expected within the next week or so.
